Our affiliate program is an easy way for your organization to earn money while providing your customers with a connection to a coffee branded especially for quilters. Note: Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on wholesale orders

Joining our Affiliate Program is easy. Once your application is accepted, you can choose from a selection of banners, buttons, product shots, or text links to use to promote Quilter’s Coffee via your online store, website, emails to customers, print newsletters and other marketing avenues. We handle the orders, fulfillment, and customer service so there’s not extra work for you. We provide a special link (affiliate link) to our website that allows us to credit you with your purchases.

1. How much does it cost to be an Affiliate?

There are no sign up fees or membership costs to become a Quilter’s Coffee Affiliate. It’s absolutely free.

2. How does an Affiliate Program work?

It’s easy. All you need to do is complete an application, get your Affiliate ID, then start promoting Quilter’s Coffee. Your Affiliate account will give you access to banners, links and ads that you can use to promote Quilter’s Coffee on your website and in your newsletter.

3. How much can I earn?

Quilter’s Coffee pays 10% on all confirmed orders. If your site generates $1,000 worth of orders, you would earn $100.

4. How often do I get paid?

As an affiliate you will be able to track your commissions with extensive real time reporting You will receive payments on a monthly basis direct from Quilter’s Coffee, whenever your account has generated at least $25 in commissions. If your commission for any given month is less than $25, the amount will be rolled over into the next month.

5. How do I create links to Quilter’s Coffee?

You will receive step-by-step instructions in your introductory email to the Quilter’s Coffee Affiliate Program. If you have additional questions, please contact us at info@quilterscoffee.com.

6. Will you help me with my site?

While you are responsible for the overall content of your site, we will gladly assist should you have trouble setting up the links or banners associated with our site. If you need help please contact info@quilterscoffee.com.

7. Do I get to choose which links appear on my site?

Once you are accepted as a Quilter’s Coffee Affiliate you can login to your own account on the Quilter’s Coffee website, where you will be able to choose from a variety of banners, buttons or text links to your website. It only takes a few minutes to set up your links.

8. How are orders tracked and credited to my site?

All links from your site contain your own unique ID number. When someone follows a link from your website to www.quilterscoffee.com, that ID number will follow them. Any purchase from that visit , even if the customer has searched through our site, will generate a commission for you.

9. Does my website qualify for the Affiliate Program?

We review every website to make sure the site is consistent with our commitment to quality and service. We reserve the right to deny participation to any site deemed unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, promotion of sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination, and illegal activities.

10. How do I change account information?

It is easy to update your account information. You just login to your account at the Quilter’s Coffee website and click the “update billing information” link.

11. How do I cancel my account?

If you wish to cancel your account please email us at info@quilterscoffee.com with your first and last name, site name, and email address. In the subject line write the phrase “Remove from Affiliates Program” and we would be more than happy to complete your request.

12. Can a website outside the United States be a Quilter’s Coffee affiliate?

Yes, however, we only ship coffee and merchandise to the United States at this time.
